The project manager will be managing Palantir resources and the PM must be able to handle 3-5 projects at a time all software projects.

A Palantir Project Manager role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project execution from start to finish, and leading teams to ensure projects meet client objectives.

 Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and delegating tasks, while also managing client expectations, resolving blockers, and maintaining project status across all stakeholders. This position requires a combination of strong project and team management, technical proficiency, process optimization, and client communication skills. 

Skills and experiences

• Act as the primary point of contact, manage client risk, and communicate project status, issues, and concerns to ensure understanding across all groups. 

• Implement processes to enable team members to focus on strategic objectives, oversee the software development lifecycle, and ensure technical and schedule performance. 

• Define project scope, schedules, and deliverables, delegate tasks, and manage resources effectively to ensure successful completion. 

• Proactively identify and resolve issues, eliminate blockers, and maintain a comprehensive overview of project status to keep things on track. 

• Synthesize technical goals from product vision, map global strategy to granular team tasks, and triage requests to create maximum focus for the team. 

Key skills and qualifications:

• Certified scrum master

• Possess a Development background meaning come as a developer so he can talk technical jargon with the developers.

• Palantir experience that is a benefit, however is not mandatory. 

• local candidates who are within driving distance to Perrysburg that is preferable too.

• Need a strong personality who can manage budgets and resources

• Experienced in using Agile and Scrum

• Ability to interface with senior management and executives and talk technically with Developers as well as Senior Technical Stakeholders.

Experience Level: Entry-level
